NSWFBFC Association
The NSW Fire Brigades Firefighter Championships Association is made up of operational firefighters,
administrative and technical staff.
It is the aim of the NSWFB Firefighter Championships Association to:
• Provide improved opportunities for firefighters to display high level skills.
• Highlight the NSW Fire Brigades commitment to improving service delivery - championship events are often updated in order to reflect current training requirements.
• Market the championships for increased firefighter and community participation.
• Deliver improved community safety and education programs, prior to and during the championships.
• Use the championships as an opportunity to highlight the services provided by the NSWFB to stakeholders and sponsors.

The championships bring to town many visitors; firefighters, officials, VIPs, families and tourists from around NSW and Australia. This boost to tourism and local businesses generate community support for the Firefighter Championships.
